01
Acceptance and Scope
Welcome to Indian Traders Academy (“ITA”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, contacting our team, enrolling in programmes and accessing learning resources offered by the operator identified below.
By using the website or purchasing a programme, you agree to the Terms made available at that time. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not complete an enrolment.
02
Who We Are
Indian Traders Academy provides education about the Indian stock market. Our training programmes are described as Basic, Advanced and Certified Pro. The exact syllabus, teaching format, schedule, eligibility and inclusions are communicated on the applicable course page or in the official enrolment information.
Our founder is Ganesh Kadam. The contracting business identity and official contact details must be confirmed in the Contact & Grievances section before this page is published.
03
Educational Nature of Services
Programmes are intended for general learning, skill development and market awareness, including illustrative examples related to Indian exchanges and securities markets.
- We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, execution services or a promise of profits through these courses.
- Classroom demonstrations, hypothetical strategies, backtests and market examples are learning tools, not trade instructions or recommendations to buy, sell or hold a security.
- Nothing on the website constitutes an offer or solicitation to invest, or an assurance of a specific investment or trading outcome.
Regulatory note: ITA does not claim to be a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Any activity requiring regulatory registration must be offered only through an appropriately authorised entity. Course enrolment is not an investment-advisory relationship.
04
Course Enrolment & Eligibility
Course registration is subject to accurate student information, the availability of seats and your acceptance of the disclosed course details. Learners should check prerequisites and whether each programme suits their educational level.
- Purchases by minors must be made or approved by a parent or legal guardian.
- Enrolment is normally for the named student and must not be transferred or shared without ITA’s prior written approval.
- ITA may contact applicants to clarify course selection, class mode and administrative details before confirming a seat.
05
Fees, Taxes & Payments
The course page or official enrolment communication will state the total payable price, any applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable), the payment schedule and what is included. Fees may vary by programme or batch only as clearly disclosed before purchase.
Please pay only through payment methods or payment links officially provided by ITA. Keep your payment receipt and confirmation. We do not request students to transfer funds for stock-market trading as part of course enrolment.
If a payment fails or is disputed, contact our team with the transaction reference so that we can investigate. Payment provider terms may also apply.
06
Access, Sessions & Materials
Access to videos, notes, sessions, worksheets or online learning areas depends on the package expressly described at purchase. We will tell you any activation steps, access duration, session dates, device requirements and whether recordings are included.
Reasonable changes to instructors, examples or lesson order may be made to improve teaching or accommodate operational needs, provided core purchased deliverables are not materially reduced without an appropriate remedy. If a session must be postponed, affected learners will be informed of the replacement arrangements.
07
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests, eligibility for refunds, processing times and any restrictions are governed by our separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific written enrolment terms disclosed before payment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights where services are deficient, materially different from what was represented, or not supplied as agreed.
If you need assistance with a cancellation or refund, contact the official support contact listed below and include your invoice or enrolment reference.
08
Student Responsibilities
We ask all learners to participate respectfully and protect the learning environment.
- Use genuine information when registering, and keep your account credentials private.
- Do not harass instructors or other students, disrupt classes, impersonate others or use access for unlawful activities.
- Do not distribute paid materials, record sessions without permission, or upload ITA content to public channels or resale platforms.
- Follow the educational and safety instructions provided for practical exercises.
Serious or repeated misuse may lead to proportionate restrictions after appropriate notice, subject to applicable law and any contractual remedies.
09
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original lesson content, course documents, slide designs, recordings, written materials, logos and website materials are owned by ITA or their respective licensors.
Enrolment grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use purchased learning resources for your education during the access period. It does not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, public redistribution, account sharing or commercial repackaging without written consent.
Third-party brand names and educational references belong to their respective owners.
10
Certified Pro & Completion
“Certified Pro” is the name of an ITA training programme. If a completion certificate is offered, it is an academy-issued acknowledgement subject to the completion or assessment requirements clearly specified for that course.
Unless explicitly and truthfully documented otherwise, it is not a SEBI licence, NISM qualification, university degree, government approval or authorisation to act as an investment adviser, research analyst or other regulated market intermediary.
11
Risk Disclosure & No Guaranteed Results
Buying, selling and investing in securities involves financial risk, including the possible loss of part or all of the capital committed. Learning material, practice exercises and past performance examples do not predict or guarantee future results.
Individual outcomes vary with knowledge, capital, market conditions, costs and risk tolerance. Students remain responsible for their own financial decisions and should seek advice from appropriately registered professionals when needed.
ITA does not promise employment, income, profitability, a win rate or recovery of course fees through trading.
12
Websites & Third-Party Services
Our website may link to payment processors, learning platforms, messaging services, maps or other external websites. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We do not control their independent operations.
Where third-party tools are essential to a course, we will endeavour to disclose the necessary access or technical requirements before enrolment.
13
Privacy & Communications
When you submit an enquiry or enrol, we may process contact details, course choices and administrative records for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Communications may include admission information, class scheduling, support notices and payment confirmations.
Promotional messages, where used, should be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Do not share passwords, broker credentials, trading funds or sensitive financial details through open enquiry forms.
14
Availability & Liability
We aim to keep the website and learning resources available and accurate, but occasional maintenance, outages or errors may occur. Material information affecting a purchase will be corrected as appropriate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ITA is not responsible for independent securities-market losses or decisions made by students based on general educational examples. This clause does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, deficient services or other responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in courses, business operations, technology or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting an existing paid enrolment will be communicated where legally or contractually required. Any amended terms will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
16
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The academy operates from Pune, Maharashtra, and any contractual court jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable law.
Students retain the right to use competent consumer forums, regulators and other statutory grievance mechanisms where applicable. Please first contact our support or grievance channel so the issue can be examined and resolved promptly where possible.
